Conditions for obtaining service

• Occurrence of breach against the right owner.

Copyright Protection Law No. (22) of 1992 and its amendments.

Partner institutions:

Public Security Directorate / Criminal Investigation.

Procedures

1. The service recipient shall fill an arraignment as for the breached right.
2. Presenting the application to the director general or his authorized person to approve the application.
3. Presenting the application to the copyright protection office to make an inspection tour.
4. The copyrights protection office shall write a (seizure) during the tour.
5. Referring the case to the competent courts.
